Jack and Savanna love vegetables and farming, and that was a theme of their wedding. They wanted a special stole for the minister to wear, hopefully with a cauliflower on one side, and a broccoli on the other. And the color scheme would be the colors of ramps (a big deal in West Virginia). We surprised them with appliquéd ramps on the back of the stole. The backing was a WV themed batik fabric designed for a past WV Shop Hop.

It was a fun challenge and they were quite pleased with the result.
